1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using swiftlocksmithpro.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Swift Locksmith Pro LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), an Oklahoma limited liability company.

2. Nature of Our Service

Swift Locksmith Pro LLC is a lead generation and marketing platform. We connect consumers who need locksmith services with independent, licensed locksmith contractors operating in Oklahoma.

We are not a locksmith company. We do not perform locksmith services. We do not employ locksmiths. All locksmith services are performed by third-party contractors who are independently licensed, insured, and solely responsible for the services they provide.

We are not an agent, partner, joint venturer, or employer of any locksmith contractor, and no locksmith contractor is an agent or employee of ours.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
• Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract content from the Site
• Violate any applicable local, state, or federal laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

5. Contact Forms and Partner Applications

When you submit a contact form or partner application on the Site, you authorize us to share the information you provide with independent locksmith contractors (for consumer inquiries) or to use it to evaluate your application (for partner applicants).

Submission of a contact form does not guarantee availability of a contractor or any specific response time. Submission of a partner application does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application in our sole discretion.

6. Call Tracking and Recording

Phone numbers displayed on this Site are tracked through CallRail. Calls may be recorded. By calling any number displayed on this Site, you consent to call tracking and, where disclosed at the start of the call, call recording, in accordance with applicable state and federal law including the Oklahoma Security of Communications Act (18 U.S.C. § 2511 et seq.).

7. No Warranty — Contractor Services

We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding:

• The quality, safety, or fitness for purpose of any services performed by independent contractors
• The licensing, insurance, or credentials of any contractor (though we verify these for partner contractors)
• Response times, pricing, or availability of contractors
• The accuracy of any pricing estimates displayed on the Site

Any dispute regarding contractor services must be resolved directly with the contractor. We are not a party to the service agreement between you and any contractor.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SWIFT LOCKSMITH PRO LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE, OR SERVICES PERFORMED BY INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS CONNECTED THROUGH THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Swift Locksmith Pro LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of false or fraudulent information.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to Swift Locksmith Pro LLC and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

12. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be submitted to informal negotiation by emailing info@swiftlocksmithpro.com. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on an individual basis.

Class action waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against us.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Swift Locksmith Pro LLC regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
